HAPPY OX YEAR!

how was cny? i ate alot of foooood. steamboat, japfood, cny goodies (not alot) and i got slightly sick on the 2nd day of cny. shake alot of hands, wishing them happy new year. taking peektures and catching up with relatives. hanging out with little kids makes one feel younger!

I HATE COCKROACH

in the midst of catching cockroach. the cockroach got the nerve to fly into my room through the open window. SCARED ME TO DEATH. i quickly use the insect spray and spray it to death. VICTORY (: (: (: and asked my brother to help me pick up the dead cockroach, to throw it away.

and now my room is filled with the insect spray smell :( that is why im wearing the mask.

Piano Love

many things happen today.

one thing that didnt happen was that I DIDNT TOUCH FLASH (:
i can tell you, the feeling was whooo-hooo!

we had rehearsal for tep variety show. then then, i heard yiting and another girl (forgot-her-name) play their piano pieces. omggg. super goood! it just makes you want to hear over and over again. pamela even introduce kevin kern's songs. i so love the sundial dreams. immediately after i reached home, i started finding scores and bugging pamela to throw all the music scores that she has to me. haha. i also went youtube to hear those songs too!

currently listening to Marriage De Armour. wah, i love the effect.

and i learn something, God's works cannot be controlled by man.

in the midst of chiong-ing flash project. i think im going mad. everything doesnt seem to go according to how it was suppose to be.

My Secret

ok im awfully backdated. Let me sum it up.
School started, waking up real early everyday, had the best breakfast...five times a week, meet up with flash animations, say hi-bye to friends around my class, visited interesting places, shopping for cny clothes, watching tv.

and im dying to do my own things.

i want to quit school and start up a business (???) and travel around the world.
but i have no $$$

im not starting to like school anymore. its so boringzxzxzxzx. my world is filled with flash animation. its like going to school, switch on the computer and stare. the eyes starting burning a little. i think it's due to staring at the screen for too long. haisssss. okays, enough of school.

oh. i watched ponyo on the cliff by the sea! its quite cute, esp when the little boy started flashing light to his dad. serbian was really excitied for the show. bryan was um, not really enjoying himself. he just slept through. hahaha.

The song is sooooo addictive! serbian even suggested all of us to put this song as our ringtone. haha. "ponyoooo ponyoooo...."

during our lesssons, sneak out to check out the open house. not really happening, but i like the games. esp, the fish catching one. haha. ive got maybelline voucher, shampoo (which kind of stinks), photoshoot, free coffee, sweets etc (:

ohhh. i wanna swim again! friday, me and serbian went swimming. there isnt anybody. wheeee. the feeling was awesome!

i pray for wisdom in the words i say. i asked for favour and calm-ness. most of all, i really dont want to be scolded or lectured.

Filled with randoms

i decided to blog what comes into my mind currently.

1. i remember going to River Island with yenfenn and in the shoes section, there was a quote "Give the girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the whole world." something like that i guess. im so gonna throw my green kappa shoes. its old, smelly, dirty and have faded off colours. disgusted uh. but that was the BEST SHOES i ever bought! (:

2. who can resist haji lane's stores! its HAJI LANE! i love their vintage offerings. you can see people going away clutching a paper bag filled with goodies. ohoh. ive always had a thing for Soon Lee, with its retro telephones and sweet smelling area. there is also a pair of cute nutcracker figurines in the house. ohso LOVEEEEE.

3. i need to save up :( this is really saddening. everyday i see my piggy bank having lesser money. and i realise i spend most on foood. worst.

4. i cant wait to get over and done with flash. i dont want to change my shift to afternoon. which means i cant enjoy the afternoon the way i like. HAAAAAAI.

5. i shall not be a wussy and get my ass off from home. i want to study hard and play hard! :D

Night Cycling

it started off with alot of excitement to cycle and spend time together (: we cycled for 8 hours with breaks in between. butt hurts, muscles aches, dirty and stinky all over. the bananas helped alot!

stopped over at changi village to eat nasi lemark (:

cass and wy set nasi lemark as the targeted venue instead of the ending point.

massaginggggg.

after riding, we were all dead and tired. i dont know why, but looking at con sleep is really funny. in the taxi and the beach.

cabbed home straight to prevent my bones from falling apart. bathe and slept throughout (:

Its a HAPPY day!

The highlight throughout this was God's protection. No one was injured. starting i was actually quite scared. everyone seem rather pro in cycling. the bicycle seat was high, my feet couldnt even reach the ground. guess my legs are short that's why. and the brakes are especially LOUD. i couldnt brake / stop properly, even fell down thrice while braking. but thank God for no injuries. not even a slightest scratch (:

Countdown Party 2008

Theme: Occupation

Dressing as students, hockey player, construction workers, football players, chef, dragonboat-er, teh tarik man, i heard there was a roti prata man too! haha. its quite fun seeing people dressing differently.

had supper after that with cass, wy, emma, joeyboy and jenson. PRATAAAA is love now (:

she showed me her fav. blanket. its black in colour. LOL. i think cass and joeyboy freaked out when they saw it.

Hello 2009, Goodbye 2008

We have came to the end of the year 2008. there are certain events in the year I'll remember for long. probably for the rest of my life. some were a blur of fleeting moments. time passed too quickly as usual.

As i looked up on the wall of pictures in my room, those memories flew in. happy, sad, disappointing, eggcitied, hilarous, down, up moments. but i thought all these were made possible because of God's love. if i haven known God, i dont know what I will be now. i was reminded of God's love and grace through days when i feel like giving up. His faithfulness stays.

something that really impacted me, i suppose we can never detach ourselves from the previous year's entanglements though we like to believe we can. memories will linger on but i would really want to shout out, Thank you for your guidance, paitence and love in moulding our lives.

"Be woman of character and faith, with faith it pleases God." she said.

meanwhile, i do not know what lies ahead in 2009. i am scared and nervous for 2009. i do hope that in this new year, i will... ... (to be filled in)
